Pain addressed: leadership asks for “the story” from CRM, ads, or ops exports but nobody has time to structure files into comparable periods.
What you receive: report packs aligned to your questions, transparent forecasting only when baselines are defensible (with on-screen or written warnings when they are not), and optional AI-assisted narrative strictly from aggregates you approve.
In scope: agreed questions, agreed export sources, one or two revision cycles on presentation and definitions.
Out of scope: ongoing ad buying or campaign optimisation retainers, always-on unmanaged performance marketing duties, covert training on unrestricted personal-level logs, or open-ended analyst-on-call arrangements without ticket limits.
