Data Prep Sprint

Overview
Pain addressed: spreadsheets and exports disagree, duplicates pile up, and nobody accepts a single “source of truth” yet.
What you receive: consolidated tables where agreed, duplication and standardisation fixes you sign off on, sanity checks, and a short written profile or change summary—what moved, why, and what stayed out of scope.
In scope: bounded file/source list agreed before work starts; one revision cycle for agreed rework items unless you expand scope.
Out of scope: open-ended exploratory research programmes, undocumented “connect everything” integration projects without written sources, regulatory attestation work, or running production jobs on behalf of vendors.
Outcome: clean handoff artefacts and notes so dashboards, automation, or later ML milestones inherit the same column logic your reviewers already approved.
The public cleaning and profiling demos on Data tools illustrate working style—they are illustrative, not a substitute for contractual security reviews.
